Concept
Ecolo aims to use kitchen sponges that are thrown away easily after using them several times. Many kitchen sponges are made with polyester and nylon. If a small part of the thrown-away sponge is swallowed by fish in the ocean, we humans are directly impacted by the micro-plastic. Instead of using non-recyclable kitchen sponges, Ecolo addresses using our eco-friendly material to do both cleaning and planting at homes.
Audience
Ecolo markets their brand to an audience between ages 16 and above living in small apartments.
Materials
Cellulose sponge, water soluble paper, and Tillandsia seeds.
